Lyle Allan will be speaking about anti-Freemasonry. Freemasonry and similar organisations are regarded as secret societies by many of their opponents.

Lyle’s first knowledge of anti-Freemasonry came from Evangelical Christians who argued that it is Satanic. The Catholic Church argues against Freemasonry because of its secrecy.
Other objections claim that Freemasonry has unwarranted power, seeks to control the world, and will do harm to its opponents. One anti-Freemason argues that no Freemason should be elected to any Parliament.
Lyle Allan is retired and used to teach at Victoria University. He spoke about conspiracy theorist Karen Brewer at Skepticon 2023. Lyle holds Commerce and Arts degrees from the University of Melbourne. He lives at Barwon Heads on the Bellarine Peninsula.
